Kenny qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 with an international law firm in Dublin before moving to Belfast.
Kenny has a wide and extensive range of practical, commercial and legal experience. Kenny specialises in providing legal, commercial and contractual management, construction claims and dispute resolution services to the construction industry and the wider business community, representing both public and private organisations in adjudication and other dispute forms.
Kenny drafts and reviews contracts, sub-contracts, performance bonds and collateral warranties, and advises on a variety of contentious and non-contentious construction and procurement matters.
Kenny also provides training seminars and legal advice on various aspects of dispute resolution including the growing area of dispute resolution under the NEC, mediation, conciliation and adjudication.
Kenny’s previous experience in dealing with a varying range of matters shows a demonstrable understanding of the complexities faced by public and private sector organisations and allows him to utilise an adaptable skill set to provide clear advice that is very focused, timely and specific to client’s needs. He has a proven ability in resolving issues that may arise in a constructive and commercially astute matter.
