1 Tonbridge Road, Maidstone, ME16 8RL
17:00 - 18:30
This seminar is a must for Contracting Authorities and Contractors alike who are working under both NEC3 and JCT Contracts.
Due to the growing popularity and public sector endorsement of the NEC3, it is fast becoming the most used contract in the UK Construction industry. However, the JCT continues to be the go-to contract for private clients. The significant differences in both standard forms, in terms of administration, management and how each deal with change cannot be understated.
This seminar shall take delegates through the basics of the NEC3 and JCT, looking at what makes each unique and how they differ in the key elements of contract management. It is a must for those who are currently working under one form, and want an insight into what the differences in each standard form will mean for them.
The seminar will cover:
– The similarities;
– The key differences;
– What you need to know; and
– How these differences will affect you.
