Thursday 25 May 2017
1 Tonbridge Road, Maidstone, ME16 8RL
This seminar is a must for all those working on NEC3 projects where sub-contracting is required.
This seminar will deal with how to make or combat claims for both time and money under NEC3 sub-contracts; be it in relation to ambiguities, compensation events and any other conceivable aspect of the works.
Amongst other things attention will be given to:
– When the Sub-Contract falters and the common law position;
– The importance of notices, and the types of evidence required; and,
– New legislation and developments in case law.
