The NEC3 is becoming more widely used in the Irish construction industry on projects of varying scale. It is essential that those administering or managing an NEC3 ECC are fully aware of the mechanisms of the Early Warning and Compensation Event system.
This seminar will look at the NEC3 (ECC) Time and Programming mechanisms including:
• Programme requirements within ECC;
• Programme submissions and reporting; and
• The implications of an inadequate programme.
In addition, this seminar will assist with the concept and practice of the NEC in theory and reality. This will include:
• The advantages;
• The pitfalls; and
• The surprises.
