Harry joined the Quigg Golden team in 2021 after earning his Postgraduate Diploma in Law. He previously completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at the University of Reading, where he focused on international law.
Prior to Quigg Golden, Harry worked for several years in journalism and open-source intelligence, developing exceptional research and analytical skills.
Harry has extensive experience advising a diverse range of clients—from homeowners to large construction firms—on a wide array of disputes. He is proficient in the use of standard form contracts including JCT, NEC, RIBA and FIDIC, and he frequently drafts and reviews bespoke documents. His strong track record in resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, adjudication and litigation, combined with his keen attention to detail and robust negotiation skills, ensures that clients receive comprehensive and effective legal support.
Alongside his construction expertise, Harry regularly advises both public and private sector clients on procurement processes, and drafts procurement documents to ensure compliance with the regulations. He has participated in both defending and issuing procurement challenges in the UK and Ireland.
